The 🔺Reverse Recruiting Client Onboarding Intensive is a required one-time onboarding and strategy engagement completed before ongoing support begins.

This process is designed to build the strategic foundation behind your search, positioning, and execution plan.

The Intensive includes:

• Search lane and company targeting strategy
• Career narrative and transition positioning
• Resume audit and strategic recommendations
• LinkedIn audit and positioning guidance
• Cover letter framework and reusable template development
• Networking and recruiter outreach direction
• Search prioritization and execution planning

 JOB SEARCH MANAGEMENT (JSM+)

Strategy, clarity, and positioning.

JSM+ is designed to help you define your direction, strengthen your positioning, and navigate the market more strategically throughout your search. This is a guidance and advisory layer.

What we provide:

•    One weekly 1:1 strategic advisory session focused on positioning, market        alignment, and search strategy. Sessions may be used for interview                  preparation, compensation negotiations, networking strategy, and                    ongoing search recalibration.
•    Target role and company alignment strategy
•    Executive-level messaging and positioning support
•    Networking, recruiter outreach, and messaging guidance
•    Search prioritization and market recalibration based on response and              traction
•    Ongoing collaboration and support between sessions

Weekly Session Structure:

• 30-minute sessions each week designed for busy professionals
• Sessions are recorded, with recap notes and action items provided
• Sessions do not roll over or accumulate

We encourage clients to utilize these sessions consistently to maintain momentum and maximize progress throughout the search process.

2. REVERSE RECRUITING

Reverse Recruiting is the execution layer designed to reduce the operational burden of the search while ensuring every application remains aligned, intentional, and strategically positioned.

What we handle:

• Identification of aligned opportunities (and/or in collaboration with you)
• Resume optimization tailored for each application
• Cover letter customization aligned to each application
• LinkedIn audit with strategic positioning and visibility recommendations
• Application submission and management completed on your behalf
• Tracking and organization of applications and responses
• Ongoing alignment between search strategy and application execution

Important Note

If your current resume requires updating, repositioning, or rewriting prior to launching applications, a separate resume engagement will be required before Reverse Recruiting application submissions begin.
