We will work to get you scheduled as soon as possible. Please note that it is important to have an idea of your goal before beginning. This ensures we maximize the coaching session and get you results.

PACKAGES

Intro to coaching

This package includes:

1 x 90-minute Call

2 x 60-minute Calls

• Personalized coaching for each session
• Recording to review after each call
• Exercises to help you practice in between calls if applicable

Accelerator: 

You will have a 90-min initial deep-dive session to expedite the coaching process.

Follow up 60-min sessions are advised every other week with 30-min touch base calls in between longer sessions to maintain momentum.

Additionally, 60-min sessions may be used first for traction, with 30-min sessions utilized as a follow up to initial coaching strategy and action plan.
