Our Business Partner Program helps identify areas of development within your current business model and leads you and your team (if applicable) through the implementation of a strategic roadmap. Briar will be available as a strategic advisor on any current or upcoming business decisions.

- Personal goal setting & Business goal setting
- Reverse engineer goals for the year, map out into quarterly segments
- Uncover triggers/hindrances that have been in the midst previously
Call 3) Goal Setting Second Session – 60 minutes
(This may be done previously, but typically takes some time to absorb and adopt)

- Contracts/docs etc.
Call 7 & 8) Action Planning – 60 minutes
- Review and adjust action plan based on the first week of findings
- Timeline new practices - adjust
- Create strategy to execute new operating models
Call 9 & 10) Implementation Planning – 60 minutes
- Review and adjust action plan based on the second week of findings
- Timeline new practices - adjust
- Begin practice and implementation of strategy to execute new operating models
Call 11 & 12) Running your business, Confidence, Persona, Authenticity – 60 minutes
